Village Realty is privately owned and operated. We have been in business since 1969. We began building apartments in the Dallastown/Red Lion area and have continued to grow by purchasing apartment communities that reflect our standard for quality throughout York County to include Manchester, East York, and Shrewsbury. We have concerned interest in all our properties and we maintain a 24 hour emergency service. You will not find better customer service anywhere else. Village Realty provides quality homes for all of our residents.
